We offer a variety of custom-made products (clothing, accessories, homeware, mugs, and more). Product availability can change without notice. -
Order Process
All orders are made to order and subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. -
Designs & Content
If you customize products with your own designs, you are responsible for ensuring they do not infringe intellectual property rights. We may reject content that violates these guidelines. -
Product Quality & Variation
We strive for high-quality products, but colors and print visuals may differ slightly due to screen settings, materials, and print processes. Minor variations are normal with print-on-demand. -
Payment
Payment is required at checkout; we accept various payment methods as listed. -
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are quoted at checkout.
- Most items are printed on demand by our trusted partners (primarily Printify and Printful), so production usually takes 3–7 business days before shipping.
- Separate items may ship from different locations and arrive on different days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
- If a package is lost or returned due to incorrect address provided by you, reshipping is available at your expense, or we can refund the product price only (excluding shipping).

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- As items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size/order mistakes.
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days with clear photo evidence. We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund—no need to return the item.
- For lost orders, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Certain products (e.g., face masks, intimate apparel) may be excluded from returns for health reasons.
- Requests for exchanges (e.g., size/colour) will require a new order and payment of shipping, as each item is produced on demand.

All designs, trademarks, and content belong to their owners. You may not infringe any intellectual property rights. -
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages from use of our site or products. -

We do not sell your information; it is only shared with service providers as needed (production, payments, shipping).

- In the event that Printify, Printful, or other fulfilment partners update their policies, we will update our own policies accordingly to ensure transparency and compliance.

Made-to-Order Process: Every item is produced just for you once your order is placed. This reduces waste and overproduction—thank you for supporting sustainability!

Order Timeline: Please allow extra time for production (3–7 business days) before your order ships.

Multiple Shipments: Your order may arrive in multiple packages if fulfilled by different partners (Printify, Printful).

Variations Are Normal: Slight differences in print placement, colour, and sizing can occur between batches and print providers.

Printify and Printful: The majority of our clothing products are fulfilled via Printify, with some clothing and accessories from Printful. Both partners have very similar policies on production, shipping, and returns, but minor differences in shipping times or product availability could occur.

Customer Service: We aim to reply to all inquiries within 48 hours (may be longer during peak periods).

International Orders: Customs duties or fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility and may cause additional delays.
